This course aims to train experts in Tourism, and Food & Wine Management.
This course aims to train experts in Tourism, and Food & Wine Management with native fluency in at least two foreign languages. Our graduates will be able to use all inter- language communication tools in the field of advertising and international marketing in order to foster the internationalization of the tourism industry with a particular focus on the food and wine sector. They will develop cross-sectoral skills that will allow them to understand the dynamics of the communication and public relations market, either in Italy or abroad.
The student can choose one of the following plans of study:
Plan A – Second language of choice TRANSLATION (French-German-Spanish)
Plan B – Second language of choice INTERPRETATION (French-German- Spanish)

Quality Assessment and Management of Culinary Arts and Catering
Geography and Culture of European and Non-European Food
History and culture of Italian food and wine

Intercultural mediators in the fields of tourism and food & wine
Experts in food & wine with advanced language skills
Experts in marketing for businesses for the internationalization of food & wine businesses
Managers in the tourism, and food & wine sector both in Italy and abroad
Experts in the hotel industry, as well as in restaurants and in the wine brand business
