Course Objectives

This post-graduate course is aimed at developing skills and supporting your preparation for public competitive examinations for Directors of General and Administrative Services in schools and other educational institutions. Through this course, participants will deepen knowledge of the main subjects and will be prepared thoroughly in school management and administration by following a multidisciplinary and multi-method approach.

The course objective is to allow participants to achieve professional and highly specialized training, in order to help them master different disciplines and the connections among them, as well as apply them at institutional and professional level.

The Course offers participants the possibility to gain skills in languages, with insights into English, French and Spanish; all useful in today’s heterogeneous and intercultural context.

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

This post-graduate course is for graduates wishing to develop high-profile skills and knowledge to become a manager of public schools, i.e., Director of General and Administrative Services. The course addresses contents that will be useful if students wish to participate in public competitive examinations that will soon be scheduled. 

The post-graduate course is, hence, addressed to anyone who wishes to participate in public competitive examinations for Director of General and Administrative Services in state schools, in order to deepen their knowledge of the field.

Plan of Study

This post-graduate course is divided into macromodules where specialized skills are developed on the basis of the subjects taught. Participants will study the specific subjects envisaged in public competitive examinations for Directors of General and Administrative Services. Participants will be able to access the contents of the course 24 hours a day through an online platform.

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Incompatible courses: to enrol on this postgraduate course, please refer to the Italian Ministerial Decree No. 930 of 29-07-2022, establishing the provisions for simultaneous enrolment in two university courses.

Written exam proving the skills gained in each macro-module. Final oral exam.
