Course Objectives

This post-graduate course is aimed at developing skills and supporting students in the preparation for public competitive examinations for School Headmaster/Headmistress in any school and educational institution. Through this course, participants will gain knowledge of the main subjects and will be prepared thoroughly by following a multidisciplinary and multi-method approach related to school management. 

The course objective is to allow participants to achieve a professional and highly specialized preparation, enabling them to master different disciplines and link them, as well as to apply them in institutional and professional contexts. 

This post-graduate course will develop language skills in English, French and Spanish – all useful in today’s heterogeneous and intercultural context.

The course is aimed at Headmasters/Headmistresses and aspiring ones who wish to deepen knowledge on the main issues related to the role and profession of school headmaster/headmistress. They will also learn contents that may be useful for public competitive examinations that will soon be scheduled. 

The post-graduate course is, hence, aimed at those who wish to participate in public competitive examinations for School Headmasters/Headmistresses. 

Plan of Study

This post-graduate course is divided into macromodules where specialized skills are developed on the basis of the subjects taught. Participants will study the specific subjects envisaged in public competitive examinations for School Headmasters/Headmistresses.

Participants will be able to access the contents of the course 24 hours a day through an online platform.

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Incompatible courses: to enrol on this postgraduate course, please refer to the Italian Ministerial Decree No. 930 of 29-07-2022, establishing the provisions for simultaneous enrolment in two university courses.

Written exam proving the skills gained in each macro-module. Final oral exam.
