This Specialization Course is aimed at providing skills and offering a successful preparation for public competitive examinations for School Headmaster/Headmistress in any school or educational institution.

Course Objectives

This specialization course is aimed at providing skills and offering a successful preparation for public competitive examinations for School Headmaster/Headmistress in any school or educational institution. Through this course, participants will deepen knowledge of the main subjects and will be prepared thoroughly by following a multidisciplinary and multi-method approach related to school management. 

The course objective is to allow participants to achieve a professional and highly specialized preparation, enabling them to master different disciplines and link them, as well as to apply them in institutional and professional contexts. This specialization course will develop language skills in English, French and Spanish – all useful in today’s heterogeneous and intercultural context.

Student’s Profile

This Specialization Course is for graduates wishing to develop high-profile skills and knowledge of the Director of General and Administrative Services. The course addresses contents that may be useful to participate in public competitive examinations that will soon be scheduled. 

Plan of Study

This specialization course is divided into macro-modules where specialized skills are developed on the basis of the subjects taught. Participants will study the specific subjects envisaged in public competitive examinations for Directors of General and Administrative Services. 

Participants will be able to access the contents of the course 24 hours a day through an online platform.
